Training


Summer training normally takes place on Tuesday nights from 7pm in the months of May - September.

 

This is the crucial pre-season training and will be aimed at getting 'match' fit ready for a new campaign.

 

We currently have 3 adult teams who all train together so there is no bias towards a novice.

Winter training continues right through the season on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm in the months of September- April

So basically we never stop training!!!

Why do we have so many LARGE players then?

 

All training sessions are conducted by professional coaches and involve an element of fitness training, ball skills and match play analysis.

You dont need any previous rugby skills to get involved. All levels will be catered for.
